Loubna Hadid is the CEO of Decenture, a pioneer in artificial intelligence technologies for education. Under her leadership, Decenture is redefining how AI enhances student outcomes, improves graduation rates, and bridges the global skills gap to align education with the needs of tomorrow’s workforce. The company partners with governments, universities, and policy leaders to advance initiatives that link education, employability, and technology across regions.

Loubna holds a dual Master’s degree in Finance and International Politics and has led large-scale technical integration projects with major organizations in the finance, media, healthcare, and higher education sectors, including with the Big Four firms. In 2005, she led OiG, a FinTech company specializing in global treasury and accounting systems.

Deeply passionate about AI and robotics, Loubna focuses on how emerging technologies can bridge the gap between education and inclusivity, particularly for learners with disabilities and underrepresented communities. She is also a strong advocate for STEAM education and the empowerment of young women across the GCC and broader MENA region.
